Why Segno?
Dr. Sally M. Lambeth is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience caring for adults in both hospital and outpatient settings.
Segno is a membership model rather than the usual insurance-based practice. There is one monthly fee covering primary care visits with Dr. Lambeth, with no per-visit charge and easier access when care is needed.
Why direct primary care? Because Dr. Lambeth believes the best medicine happens when a physician truly knows their patient and their medical history, and has the time to listen, notice patterns, and understand a patient’s health in the context of the rest of his or her life. That’s what direct primary care offers. Dr. Lambeth won’t be seeing you for six to eleven minutes a visit. Visits will generally be scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes, allowing time to address more than one concern when appropriate. Same- or next-business-day appointments will generally be available when they are needed and appropriate.

Dr. Lambeth’s experience spans hospital and outpatient medicine, with experience caring for adults across a wide range of health needs, including older adults and people with complex medical conditions.
She believes patients deserve more than a list of tests and prescriptions. They deserve to understand what is happening, what matters, and what comes next.

To preserve the time and personal attention every patient deserves, I'll be keeping my practice intentionally small, with a maximum of approximately 300 patients.
The $150 enrollment fee is waived for the first 50 patients who commit.
There is no payment required to reserve your place. Billing will not commence until your paperwork is signed and received.
