Medicare Patients: January 2027 Interest List

I'm looking forward to welcoming Medicare patients to Segno Primary Care!

Because Segno operates outside the traditional insurance system, Medicare requires me to complete a separate opt-out process before I can begin caring for Medicare patients through the practice.

While I anticipate welcoming other founding patients beginning in November, I expect to begin seeing Medicare patients in January 2027, pending completion of the required Medicare paperwork.

Medicare patients won't miss out on the opportunity to become founding members simply because their enrollment begins later. I'm reserving founding-patient opportunities for Medicare patients who are interested in joining when enrollment opens in January.

Founding patients receive a waived $150 enrollment fee, and I'll share more details as we get closer to opening enrollment.
